Shipping charges and method of payment
FOR DELIVERIES WITHIN ITALY: for orders under € 25,00, € 3,50 will be added as a shipping charge. No shipping charge will be added for orders totaling € 25,00 or more.
Payment is to be in C.O.D. (cash on delivery), therefore the sum will be paid directly to the postman upon delivery of the books. In order to avoid payment by C.O.D., you may pay by method of our current postal account N° 91913566 "Maria Pacini Fazzi editore - Lucca", and if you decide to use this method, please send a copy of the receipt for payment along with a facsimile of your order to 0583/464656. The post parcel should reach its destination in 10-15 days. If the books have not arrived after this period, or if you wish to request express delivery, contact us by telephone at 0583/440188.
FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: shipping charges will be added directly to the total amount of the order. If you wish to know the exact amount of the shipping charges before mailing your order, send us a request indicating which books you are interested in and the quantity, and we will send you the information as soon as possible.

Right to withdraw
In compliance with D.L. (Executive Order) 50 of 15/1/92, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a mail-order purchase within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, by sending us written communication, and by returning separately the actual merchandise, which must be intact and unaltered (shipping charges are at the consumer's own expense). A refund of the amount paid will follow. Any sales valuing less than € 25,00 or sales made to parties other than private consumers (i.e. libraries, firms, professionals, or any sale requiring a certified invoice) are not eligible to exercise this right, however.
